3132 - Student Government Competition

If you have been at the University for several past student government
elections, this will be a lot funnier.  

There was once a humor columnist who talked about predicting the
election results based on which party had the best-looking T-shirts.

I also remember one Daily Texan column (or firing line) which made fun
of their T-shirts again.  There were some issues with a party spending
more on campaigning than their limit allowed.  The columnist said
"what, so now you they are losing because they can't give out as many
T-shirts?"
